Paid for the system in full, now the inverters broken under warranty & no one will call back. It’s been broken since December 2022 & cannot get any communication. If you call, it’s just a generic switchboard & they said they’ll leave an urgent message. If you ask for a manager or another contact number they won’t provide it. Approach with caution before handing over money

I I had instyle solar installed in 2017. I had read reviews on their product and still to this day they are coming out and repairing the system. It has a 10 year warranty and I highly recommend their system.it is a great product and service.

Very pushy sales people. Promise huge savings.Sign you up and have constant communication until the install. Once installed they disappear.We now have a system that was not installed correctly and our electricity bills have not gone down at all.Have emailed their support email multiple times and get no response.Seems the only way to get support will be legal action.Total scam. Avoid at all costs.After weeks of no response I had to contact their ceo via LinkedIn.Will see if they actually follow up now or just brush it aside some more.

Highly recommend InStyle Solar. Such an easy process from quote to installation. Very friendly service and very accommodating of our property being a rental and me not being there for installation.

Our whole experience, from the consultation, right through to the install was great. The consult was very informative, and fairly easy to understand of what our expectations can be. The guys did the install, in testing conditions, and gave us a clear run down in the operations of the system. Even after the install, the follow up has been great, making sure we took the necessary steps with our energy provider to get our system active. Could not be happier with InStyle Solar for helping us get on top of our $4000+ a year energy bill. Hopefully we can save the money they predicted, so far so good.

Highly recommend Solar with Instyle. It is absolutely saving us money on our electricity! Apart from that, the service with Instyle was brilliant. Professional, on-time, answered questions and the consultant who went through all the paperwork to start with, never minded multiple calls when we had further questions. Install went smoothly. Highly recommended company.

Really bad experience, problem after problem, then they fixed my issue and did not turn my system back on after they worked on it, cost me over $500 in lost revenue back to grid and more on my electric billNo response after multiple contact from me requesting they fix the problemWould not recommend- bad experience and cost me money!

After searching 10-15 Solar Companies, I was a little lost with all the information. So many companies but so little confidence in any of them bar one. The only one out of 15 the stood out was Instyle Solar.After speaking with Nicolas, the owner, he knew every answer I threw at him. I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision as I've heard so many nightmare stories.Nothing was too much trouble. I did a lot of research before I picked a Solar installer and was very happy I chose the right company. Pricing wasn't the cheapest but also wasn't the most expensive. I've learnt that pricing isn't the most important part of Solar. You need good materials or they just won't last. After 6 months, so far so good. I went from paying electricity bills to receiving a refund past two quarters.

TOTAL SCAM - Instyle Solar approached and targeted my elderly pensioner parents. Supplied them with a contract that included promised savings and $$ figures of what they would expect to save by installing a $10,000 solar system. Which they were conviced to do to save money.The dollar figures supplied by Instyle included best case, average and worst case scenarios.The actual real life results are not even remotely close to the worst case scenario quoted (not even half of the worst case scenario).As a result they are now far worse off financially in the short and long term than had they not installed the system to begin with.After 2 years of repeated complaints, requests for assistance and also asking to remove the system completely. Instyle have done nothing but delay and make pathetic excuses.The attitude and moral compass of the sales staff and actions of Instyle are disgusting and a disgrace.The whole experience has done nothing but add stress and worry for a couple also dealing with health issues as is common with the elderly.I would highly suggest avoiding this company that approaches and targets vulnerable pensioners with complete lies.
