Really good service. Took the time to allow me to try on 6 different shoes and then narrow them down and retry etc until i found the most comfortable and best pair of shoes for me. Really happy with the new balance shoes.

We were served by an amazing staff member today, Emma, who went above and beyond to help and her expertise and knowledge was amazing. She helped my partner with an ankle injury to find the right shoes to support him and he is elated. Emma deserves Employee of the Year as well as a pay rise! Thank you Bairnsdale Team :)
