I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Sidhu who to me is an exceptionally good GP. He takes the time to understand my problems and explains in detail what’s happening, never once rushing me through any consultation. The receptionists have always been very polite and helpful. We are very grateful to have found this clinic which my family and I have been visiting for more than five years.

Was asked to arrive early (which I did) for no reason. When I arrived, I was the only one in the clinic, yet still was made to wait an hour before seeing the doctor. When I enquired as to how long it would be, I was just told to sit and wait. Now the clinic is full and people who arrived after me are getting to see a doctor before me.

Dr Sidhu is a very nice doctor and a very good human being too. I have been going to him for the past 5 years. I absolutely recommend him and his practice.

Dr Sidhu has been there for me through absolutely every health challenge ive faced. He takes a holistic approach and acknowledges the other parts of your health and how tackling certain treatments will effect them. He always listens and i always end up going back to him when ive been incorrectly diagnosed. 5/5 stars for the doctor himself. However, the wait times are usually always longer than an hour and the worst ive waited was 1 hour and 40 minutes. If you are in a rush, i wouldnt come here unfortunately. Several occasions when ive just had a cold or sore throat ive walked out and gone to a different GP because the wait just isnt worth it for a 5 minute appt.

Dr Sidhu has been a Godsend for me. He has listened & helped me in ways other Dr's did not/chose not to. Dr Sidhu didn't deny my health needs based on some complexities. He's often one step ahead of me, extremely holisitc in his approach, sincere and has the skills to make his pt's feel comfortable communicating all aspects of their health.I highly recommend him.

Had a worst experience with this clinic though for the first and the last time. The receptionist behavior was not good at all..I can say worst no manners how to talk! I had booked an appointment for Covid booster vaccination one week before and got it confirmed too. But on the day of appointment she is telling me you can’t as I was not having a Medicare card but a private heath insurance. I dnt understand how they confirmed my booking without knowing whether I had a Medicare or not . They wasted my time.

The administration are very unorganised. My Wife booked in twice and had problems both times. First time she waited for over an hour and most recently she called up to confirm her confirmed appointment on the day (after getting 2 reminder texts confirming her appointment) and was told she can't see the doctor cause he's doing vaccinations the whole day". They then changed her appointment twice in one minute to other times with a different doctor. So she would have wasted a trip and we have a baby to care for. Plus the phone etiquette of the main receptionist there is atrocious."

Dr Sidhu is an extraordinary human being who actively listens to seeks to understand his patients. Ladies in administration team are also always nice to our family.

Every time I visit this place the doctor is running behind. Currently 50mins late with a 4 year old. It happens so regularly they should call you and let you know when to actually arrive!

Whilst it’s true that there is a long wait at times, Dr. Sidhu is in my opinion the most thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable GP me and my family have known in our almost 40 years in Australia. He takes great care in explaining every single medical condition/treatment in great detail & doesn’t look at the clock all the time like some. Good medicine. 5 stars for me
