We moved to The Dance Centre at the beginning of 2020 and have found it a beautiful nurturing fit for my daughters 9 and 3. Both girls are thriving here and growing in their love for dance, especially classical ballet. I especially appreciate that my children are noticed and developed as individuals within their classes, that there is an emphasis on a safe foundation of the development of skills as they progress and that they are helping my girls to grow in both their technical skills as well as their confidence. During times of lockdown they have used technology well to continue virtual classes from home. The Dance Centre families are genuinely so welcoming to new families, there is a warm feeling of community and the older dancers provide lovely mentoring and role modeling for my younger girls. Finally whilst parking can be busy at peak times it is the easiest parking of the local dance centres we have tried which makes life easier with younger children and siblings.

My daughter has attended this dance school for 5 years. The teachers, students and parents are so supportive & friendly. Miss Deborah & Mr Leader have so much experience in the dance world - their knowledge & passion is invaluable.

Our journey with the Dance Centre started 3years ago. Ava enrolled in Tiny Toes ballet just before her 3rd birthday. She was a very shy girl, but was adamant on trying ballet. As a non dancer myself I looked and asked around. We just happened to come past on an open day, we were welcomed by current students and their parents. They showed us around the studio and from then on Ava has been hooked.Ava just hasn't learned to 'dance' she has learnt ; confidence, self-discipline, passion for dance, a positive body image and made many new friends. It has been a great step in helping with school too.Our whole family enjoys events with the Dance Centre from class to concerts. The Dance Centres teachers have been wonderful and supportive. Their understanding and guidance have been such a blessing. They are such fantastic role models.

Our daughter has been dancing with “The Dance Centre Peregian Springs” for 12 years, she is 15 years old now and has no desire to leave her second home at the dance centre. Deborah and Richard and all the other dance teachers who have taught her are committed to helping each child find the joy in dance weather it is just a fun class or a career as a classical ballerina, their needs will be met at the dance centre. It really has been a wonderful journey for all our family and has shaped our daughter into a very committed, hard working and self reliant young woman. There really are no words that describe the pride we feel when she is performing on stage. We feel blessed to have found such wonderful knowledgeable teachers right here on the Sunshine Coast.

A lovely dance studio providing highly professional guidance, with particular excellence in classical ballet. My girls love this studio and the tight knit community of dancers within.

My son has until recently been a student at the dance centre for 12 years ,he has been so lucky to have been taught by such caring teachers who everyday work so hard so that all students enjoy their time at the dance centre making friends for life and discovering the joy of dance .The dedication and love shown by Miss Deborah and Mr leader and all the staff is truly amazing .My son has is now training at the Royal Ballet School in London and that is mainly down to the training and support he has received from the all staff parents and students at the TDCPS xxx

Ms. Deborah and Mr. Leader are passionate about helping children fall in love with dance. They provide a first class learning environment for creative growth, as well as many outside performance opportunities. Professional and caring.
