I took my car to Mansfield Motors for the first time today. I am selling it and needed a Safety Certificate inspection done.I was impressed at the really good customer service. My contact was with Kelly, at the front desk, she was super efficient, friendly and a credit to your business. I don't normally give reviews but Mansfield Motors went beyond my expectations for an excellent job. The car is going really well now and I have no doubt that if a problem arose they would attend to it without hesitation. An honest evaluation of the work required was given and the price was very good. The car came back to me cleaner than I've seen for a long time inside and out. An added bonus.

I am so disappointed in the service I have received. I use reviews before I choose most things and I write this in hope that other families will be spared the misfortune of dealing with this business. I went for a service as they were the cheapest of five quotes. They are now trying to get me to pay for a $1200 piece which they say has no specific time frame to arrive but may take 14 wks and the car is not raid worthy without it. I did pay the $400 deposit but then days later a friend told me they could get the common part easily. I rang them and asked for the model number which was received abruptly on the phone. I rang back and emailed a few times later for a refund and they refuse to reply to my emails and no longer answer my phone.What they deemed my car as, is untrue and am disappointed in their methods of trying to get more money from my car being serviced with them.Please do not use them, it's not worth the hassle when they're are so many other mechanics nearby who are genuine and honest.

Won't be back. The report after the logbook service lists essential, required parts of the logbook service as Preventative Maintenance". Where it should say 'Required to have your logbook stamped'. I have an unstamped book because at no time did they say I have to pay their ridiculously high prices ($174 more than a dealer) to 'complete' the service with them to get a stamp.You should look at changing the wording on your reports so customers are not misled and try using the words

Mansfield Motors is the only business I've ever decided to use based on their 1 star reviews.If you're considering them, please read the 1 star reviews, it's very telling of how they conduct their business. The comprehensive way they detail everything they've done for each car, their professional manner, and even go as far as to include photos of the issues being described as proof of the problems at hand, showing the information the complaining customers conveniently leave out. You never see this kind of detail from a dishonest business.That was ultimately what convinced me to try them in the beginning. I've now been a recurring customer for a year and a half and couldn't be happier with the service. They're not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Fantastic business. Caring attentive, thorough, precise and clean. They advise what should be done, and what may be done. They request your approval and only provide the service you ask for. The fee is very reasonable. They provide a thorough explanatory report at the end of the service including photos of any problem areas. They wash and vacuum the car and paint the tyres. Amazing. I have been for over a year and my 2007 car is straighter, stronger pulling and better braking than when I bought and despite many other services from many other mechanics. There is no way I would go else where.

Took my car here for the 1st time on the recommendation of a workmate. Have previously gone to the 'Stealership' for servicing. Easy to book online. The desired work was provided at a much better cost than the dealership. I was contacted by SMS regarding the work performed and other issues that the mechanics had found. The text had a link to an invoice and pictures and description of further works needing doing. Very detailed report with costings of two options. (e.g.- Bridgestone tyres vs a another option). Everything was very transparent. When I said to only fix a few small things and leave the rest, there was no hard sell or pressure. In fact 2 of the issues they found were supposed to have been done by Toyota at the last service also what I had paid extra for. The service was completed by the requested time and again I was sent a text message to confirm my car was ready.As you can see in the company's response to the bad Google reviews, they are thorough and back up their response with photo evidence. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone.Also, they washed my car, blackened the wheels, cleaned the dash and vacuumed what they could in-between the mess in my car at no charge. They also buffed off some paint i had 'acquired' after driving into a pole for no charge. My car looked brand new again. I know that's just cosmetic but its a little bonus to a service. Great work guys.

By far the finest mechanics I have ever dealt with in my +30 years of driving. Rebecca at the front desk is amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. All work has been done in a quick and efficient manner. You are told not only what the costs will be, but each bit of work done is itemised and explained. As long as I live anywhere within Brisbane, I will be bringing my car to Mansfield Motors for any and all future work and servicing.
