Crystal Car Wash Mosman

The worst service you can imagin. They sell you unlimited monthly car wash and if you go more than twice a month they start treating you badly. Don't call it unlimited if it is not unlimited.

Great team. They worked super efficiently, and did an excellent job cleaning out our car (and the car was filthy with the detritus of two toddlers)

Needed to detail car in hurry for a wedding. Was first there. All done inside 20 minutes. Great outcome.

Not cleaned very well. Can still see dirt under the bumper. Not worth $199!!

Going in for a wash , was ok to pay more for extra, but the guy keep pushing to sign membership for a year costing thousands. Since when we can’t decide how much to spend !! Had to leave and he was stoping me from closing my door. Never step foot there again

Chrystal Car Wash Mosman do a Terrible job. When I got back to the car I noticed very obvious things on the outside hadn't been cleaned plus the inside doors, I flagged this to them and they cleaned it. However upon driving away & getting home I noticed they'd done a shocking job of cleaning the inside - boot hadn't been touched with dirt & marks still obvious / back mats not vacuumed / their milky cleaning fluid wet & dripping on the inside doors and caught in the speakers- whats worse is they have no email and don't pick up their landline so Ive been left with no choice but to leave a poor review online because I cant get through to them to allow them to rectify their awful job! A waste of money & time, they have ZERO attention to detail!

Paid for the signature wash, it came out pretty average they had broken my e-tag, lots of things not finished or not done very well, didn't even do the tire shine. Very disappointed and would only recommend to do the short wash through the machine and not the detail - high volume and no care or detail.

Terrible and discourteous service!Bought the monthly package. Came out of the machine wash the car was still filthy on the outside. Pointed out the obvious marks and stains all over the car. They refused to hand clean them. Had to go through the machine wash another 2 times to get a decent outcome. Pointed out again there were still marks. Was intimidatingly told to leave.Have been to other Crystal and service and clean have been much better.Mosman Crystal absolutely terrible service and rude staff. The only decent person was the boy wiping down the car after the machine wash.Will never purchase again at Mosman ( I live in Mosman). Much better satisfaction at other outlets.

Just got upsold to get the rims cleaned for $10 but the result is the same as if you just drive through. Don’t waste your money on it. General cleaning is ok.
