Varun Bhaskar is my home loan broker. He is a very patient and professional person. Before I met Varun, I had already secured a loan from Combak in 2021 for my new home. Unfortunately, my builder went into liquidation even before the start of my foundation. This delayed my build and eventually dragged my loan term to an end in November 2022. I spoke to someone from Combak in order to secure more loans to meet the increases in materials and other costs. I was told that they won't be able to give me any more loan. I discussed this with a friend, and he recommended Varun to me, and that became the end of my struggle in securing a loan. Varun worked on a refinance with NAB. The process was so easy and straightforward. With his help, I can now hope of getting my new home built soon.
