Upon walking into the clinic, I instantly felt like I was transported to a spa at a holiday destination. I had Botox treatment with Ayesha. As it was my first experience, I was quite nervous before going in. Ayesha made me feel really comfortable and explained everything in detail.I also had a skin consultation with Dani. Dani was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a hydration facial and the LED therapy. It was very relaxing and I swear by the Medik8 products recommended by Dani.Such a grand team!I have achieved great results and am now a regular customer :)

As a first timer, Ayesha and her team were wonderful from start to finish! Everything was explained succinctly, with no pressure to decide at the time...Which I did anyway, as Ayesha's professionalism and skills, made me feel most confident, that I was in the best hands possible. Natural results, with genuine care given throughout the procedure. Highly recommend !

Ayesha is the only person I will ever trust to do anything to my face. All sessions have been amazing, she is so gentle and really listened to everything I wanted and all my concerns. I highly recommend her to everyone thinking about getting any cosmetic injecting done. I even flew back from Sydney to have my lip filler touched up and will be doing so again :)

Where do I even start! Georgia is A-MAZ-ING at what she does! So kind, lovely and knowledgeable! Could not recommend The Facial Collective more, my skin was falling apart, damaged beyond repair, the most breakouts I’ve ever had in my life. It’s been a journey but thanks to her I have a brand new face! Glowing with barely any breakouts atm!I can not tell you how much I look forward to my monthly facials. The space, the room, music, scents, lighting everything is perfect! I cannot speak highly enough of the team at The Face Collective. I have been seeing Danielle for treatment of my skin since the clinic opened and I can honestly say she has a lifelong client in me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. Her treatment & product recommendations have made such a positive impact on my acne in a short period of time, I’m amazed. Danielle always makes me feel extremely comfortable, supported and understood during my appointments with her.

There is a reason this place has 5 stars!From being so accomodating with a last minute appointment for both my and my friend, to the absolute bliss Dani created during our facials - everything about The Face Collective was sublime. The cute set up, the friendliness, the professionalism and the absolute knowledge of how to create an experience that is tailored to you! We are on holiday here in Torquay and this alone would be a reason to come down regularly - just go have this experience! Needless to say, I highly recommend!

The best team!! From entering the clinic Lysh is so welcoming, Ayesha knows her stuff and explains things thoroughly and easy to understand and Dani - what a legend! Not only has she helped make my skin look and feel amazing she is quite entertaining to be around. A team that genuinely wants to help you see results without pushing the sale. The Face Collective team are always so welcoming and it’s such beautiful space. Dani has been looking after me and my skin for a few months now and I absolutely love coming in for my appointments, she makes me feel so comfortable and is so knowledgeable. I have seen huge improvements in my skin & even had compliments. I have never felt pressured to buy any products, Dani will only ever recommend what you need.
