Great taste of my culture where I don't have to spend hours making it myself! Kyiv is amazing and the goulash was flavourful and so tender!!Portion sizes are great for sharing a few different options to get a great taste of everything!The honey cake is to die for - a must order!Its so refreshing to go somewhere that is homely, good for the conscious for supporting a business that hires primarily displaced Ukrainians and that everything is made from scratch!Its a must do when you're wanting to try something new!

Every dish I've tried was delicious. I'm still in awe of how potato and cheese dumplings can be so tasty (hint, get some to takeaway and fry up in butter the next morning, your vodka hungover self will thank you). Best of all the proceeds go towards helping a club that is doing a massive amount of good work for the community.

The food was amazing and the staff were all so lovely and kind. The vareniki tasted like home. Definitely going to be back to try the rest of the menu!

We ordered every main dish and loved each one so much we left the plates clean! The drinks were cold and refreshing - I enjoyed a Lvivske and also tried a glass of delicious white kvas by recommendation - and the live entertainment was a hit. Thank you so much for a great introduction into Ukrainian culture and cuisine! My only regret was not taking a cab so I could try more kinds of horilka... I guess I'll be back!

The food was amazing and so delicious. We had the Banderyky which had fantastic flavours and were so moreish. The Chicken Kviv was cooked to perfection, accompanied with a beautiful fresh salad and mashed potato (instead of fries) it really was a treat. Coupled with a nice atmosphere and close to home, we will definitely return.

I loved it here, a small step back I time, the building very similar to where I spent a lot of time as a child. I tried the potato amd cheese dumplings, cabbage rolls and the potato salad. Everything was great, homely and tasty. The potato salad was my highlight just wish I left with boxes of it. I will be back cant wait to try other options and treat myself to some Ukrainian liquor .

Fantastic food, beer and service. Highly recommend the Holubsti (Cabbage Rolls) and the best Chicken Kyiv we have ever had. A great opportunity to support Ukrainian displaced persons and celebrate Ukrainian culture.

We had an amazing dinner at The Ukrainian Club last night. Was a great opportunity to try new foods and support the Ukrainian community in Brisbane. Everything was so delicious we ordered seconds. Kids loved it too. Grab your family or friends and head over. A must try!! We’ll be back.

From the Chicken Kyiv to the Cabbage Rolls and dumplings, the food at this restaurant is fantastic. The portions are generous, filling and won't break the bank, making it a great value for your money.One thing that sets this restaurant apart from others is the atmosphere. The Ukrainian Club has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. It's a community club and you can feel that sense of community when you walk in. It's a great place to grab a drink with friends or have a family dinner.As someone who loves supporting community clubs, I was impressed with this place. I think more restaurants like this are needed as they offer a taste of tradition and bring back memories of what simple food should taste like instead of the fancier new inventions that we often see today.Don't wait!! You'll leave with a full belly and a smile on your face.

We had a wonderful experience at the Ukrainian Club last night. We were greeted at the door by the most lovely lady and the rest of the staff were just as friendly. The food was outstanding, you could tell it was prepared with love and a passion for what they do. We won't hesitate to recommend the club to anyone! We will definitely be back soon! Jody & David.
