Had an absolutely terrible experience with this business getting an issue resolved. We brought a replacement car remote as a button was broken and they cut a new key rather than using my existing key. Went to do school pickup and the newly cut got stuck in the ignition for several hours. The key was unpolished with sharp edges and not cut to the exact thickness. Ended up having to take the key and remote back 3 times in total s key was still not turning smoothly in the ignition when my husband's key was working perfectly fine. In the end we got a refund but Rob the owner was the most unprofessional business owner I have ever had to deal with. He even went so far as to say we had another set of keys so we didn't need it and accuse us of simply changing our mind and just wanting our money back. No Rob .... we just wanted what we paid for to work and the issue was caused by your staff making the decision to cut a new key instead of even checking whether our original key fitted the new and exactly matching remote. After finally obtaining a refund we went to Mister Minit and had no issues at all.

DON'T GO THERE!We ordered a mug, with old English font engraving. Told it would be ready in 15 minutes, returned 20 minutes later and told there was a computer fault (fair enough) so we said we would pick up next day. They asked for our telephone number but there was no call to say it was ready.We went back to pick up, I waited in the car as I have a back problem acting up and awaiting surgery, wife went in to pick up.As soon as I saw it, I said it's the wrong font, she took it straight back in (less than 5 minutes) and copped attitude there. They said they no longer do old English font. Wife asked for refund of engraving cost as it was not the one ordered. That was refused (we didn't want to be greedy and refund the whole lot). It was their error and we should have been asked if another font could be used! They suggested another engraving on the other side, my wife was texting to ask me when they went ahead anyway without waiting for us to agree! Funny thing is, the second engraving is in.....old English font. Now it looks a little odd. Neither of us are happy, I have advised Fair Trading.We have bought from there before, but we won't be going back.

Excellent service and a warm friendly person on the other side of the Counter.Got my dad a Father’s Day key ring from here had it engraved came out looking wonderful would highly recommend.

Make sure you get your quoted price IN WRITING. When I asked for a price on copying my car key they said $110. When I collected it 20 minutes later it had gone up to $120. I know it's only ten dollars but if they do it ten times a day.... And as they have the key to your car you can't really argue. I've been going there for decades but it's all got a bit shifty so I might avoid them from now on!

Very good service got a new car key done for a very good price.

Went in with a bracelet from a reputable jewellery store for them to engrave sweet 16 on it. I literally bought it and went straight there. It was perfectly brand new and polished.After it was engraved it had brown rust type marks on it and scratches and the engraving looked terrible and so so small.I said to the woman “ what are those marks” she said “ oh it just needs a polish” she tried to polish it but the marks didn’t come out. She then asked the older man and he said “ it was like that when you brought it in” I said “ no it wasn’t I just got it 5 mins ago” and he then told me to take it back to them to deal with the problem.I thought that this was terrible customer service. He was short with me and wouldn’t have it that he did the damage.I’ll never go back. This is the 2nd time engraving looked bad and terrible customer service.

Great quality and timely engraving. The legend working even helped me out when silly me misplaced the plaque I bought from them. Thanks a lot guys! Absolute legends.
