Recently had a fantastic experience with Richard and the crew from Southside Aluminium Windows and Doors who designed, manufactured and installed some beautiful windows to enclose our upstairs balcony. Great quality products, excellent knowledge and ability to meet our requirements all within a very competitive price. Would happily recommend Richard as the quality of workmanship was excellent

Poor after sales service.Thank you for your response to my review. As I had to keep chasing you for a response, to my email. I'm not sure you are replying to the right complaint as mine has nothing to do with a power point and you have not given me any alternatives to my problem. I simply asked if you could replace the architraves with wider wood, which you have not responded too as yet. So I stand by my poor after sales review. 15th April 2023 edit.

Southside Aluminium Windows and Doors
The Southside team recently replaced all the windows and sliding doors in my house. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. The windows and doors look amazing and have completely refreshed my home. My whole experience with the team was easy from quoting to installation. The team that installed the windows were extremely hard working, efficient, respectful and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better service and would highly recommend Southside to anyone.

Sliding door technician replaced wheels for us. The job was quite difficult but he had the experience and expertise to do it right. He was very courteous and friendly. If you need a sliding door sorted out I would recommend using Southside Aluminium Windows and Doors.

Southside Aluminium Windows and Doors were excellent to deal with. Prompt and excellent communicators and I felt always had our interests at heart. Their prices are very competitive and on top of this you get highly personal customer service as you would expect from a smaller family business. They also repair doors and windows so you don't always have to buy a new one.. I would highly recommend them.
