Customer service here is great, but they're always severely shortchanged on stock. The displays are dismal (especially when compared to Telstra who are located directly opposite) and when I want to purchase anything its never in stock. Staff would definitely score more sales if they had product to give out straight away.

My phone was stolen whilst I was dealing with a medical emergency on the Saturday, with my ID and bank cards tucked into the leather case. Went into the Clarkson store on Sunday mentally and physically drained from having to deal with the police and cancelling everything, all while not having a phone to contact people with!I didn't get the two guys names but they are such a credit to your business. In 5 minutes with them I had accomplished everything I had been trying to do via online chat for hours. Just want to say a massive thank you, your patience, efficiency and empathy was appreciated more than you know. Optus insurance claim has been approved and I should have my new phone tomorrow! Too easy :)

Dissapointed with the poor and unhelpful service provided to my grandparents, seems to be that staff here just don't care about helping their elderly customers. When you could easily fix a problem in store then do that, don't send elderly customers who are obviously struggling with technology away to the public library so they can get access internet to set up their phones. Help them in store!!! Both are seriously considering changing providers after this.

Visited the shop to update my phone plan & whilst there the young salesman advised us that we would be better swapping to a 5G modem to power our home internet package as we are listed as living in a 5G hotspot (Kinross) . We were told that if we wasn’t happy with the quality & service of the 5G modem we just simply needed to return it back to Optus & resume service with our original provider. Our 5G modem was delivered but is unable to pick up any signal at all!We have tried the 5G modem in every room without success.We called the Optus shop ocean Keys & they told us they were unable help & that we would have to call India to return the Modem.We then called the 24/7 Optus 5G help line BUT the message we got was “ due to technical difficulties we are unable to take any calls regarding your 5G Modem, please email us with your problem”.We couldn’t email them because we no longer have any internet due the 5G Modem not working.I called the Optus shop again to ask how we become operational again & we were told NOT to bring the 5G Modem to the shop but wait until the help line was up & running again.During this time I have not been able to work due to not having access to the internet to retrieve work orders & invoices. I have attached photos of the 5G Modem showing a constant red light confirming Zero internet service!If a technology & communications company such as Optus is unable to take our call on their technical helpline due to technical difficulties I afraid I am lost for words!When I asked Optus Ocean keys if we are likely to face difficulties in returning the 5G Modem, they advised me to contact the Ombudsman for advice.

Excellent service and product knowledge :)Had Liam help me upgrade my device a couple weeks ago, he was great from start tp finish. Really helpful and transparent with the options and costings etc.He also handled an interrupting customers query well, dealing with the situation professionally and without being rude to myself as his current customer, or the gentleman interrupting wanting attention.Very happy with my purchase and service!
