Waited at the front counter for a few minutes to be served, nobody seemed to be around so i went to the back of the pharmacy to ask if there was anyone serving at the front. A lady that worked there said she would be there in a few minutes as they were busy. So I waited again for a few minutes till finally a guy showed up but couldn't help me with my enquiry, so I waited AGAIN till finally a lady came down to help me. What about your Customers at the front??? pretty bad customer service, and no apology, will not go back. Priceline always have great Customer Service.

Quite disgusted with the treatment I received tonight. I was waiting at the counter to pay for an item when the older woman serving came up with another customer who was getting a prescription and served him totally ignoring me despite me being there first. I found this so rude and disrespectful and when I voiced this this old woman was further rude to me. Very very bad customer service. I would rather pay more at Priceline.. though the item I bought was exactly the same price...to get better customer service. No excuse. They have lost me as a customer and I intend to pass the word around. Shame I can't give no stars!

By and large this pharmacy provides great service and my experiences have been positive. However... today I encountered Jan, whose name tag identified her as a Naturopath, who was clearly very uncomfortable with the climate strike. I asked her to elaborate and received the obnoxious but predictable -The climate is always changing..." When challenged Jan refused to engage further.Now

I had come into the shop multiple times looking for my little one's favourite dummy and been told they were out of stock. Following some online research, I discovered the dummy had been recalled. They had taken the dummies off the shelf without placing any notices around the store of the recall. When I enquired, I was told it was not the store's responsibility to inform customers of safety recalls... Really??!?!!
