Paul came round and cut the blind cords in the kitchen so tight that they snapped. Never had a problem with them. When I called back to bring this to their attention they pretended on the phone that they had no idea who I was. They even denied ever being to our house to have installed the “now complaint blind cords”. What happen here he said….the audacity of the guy. I handed him the tags and clips that he previously installed to which he responded with “I have I been here? I can’t remember…” and yet his little stickers are on all of our smoke detectors and all of the other blind cords. Embarrassing!!!! Ask your property manager to use a different company.

I had Landlord Compliance attend my property the other day and just wanted to say how pleased I was with them. I had to reschedule my appointment at very late notice and the girls in the office were very helpful and understanding. Thank you again ladies for your help!

Talk about useless. They couldn't even change a battery, I bloody had to. Then they didn't show but invoiced Real estate for work, then arranged to come back I wasted whole day waiting no call no answer nothing I'm sure that's fraud , and their ph number comes up spam call makes sense.Really anyone who gives them good reviews obviously paid or not a tenant I know where clowns work when off duty

Last year LC were late beyond an already lengthy window with the guy put out I asked him to wear a mask despite them being mandated at the time.I received notice from my Real Estate back in November 2022, yet only received a text w 3 business days to be home for smoke alarm check deadline in January 2023, or I must ring them IMMEDIATELY. I have left two messages since w no response. Its now February. Tenants should be treated well too! Easy to see it's all their business buddy reviews that score 5⭐️ and tenants are giving 1⭐️.
