The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The staff there are always so friendly and knowledgeable. We have just adopted a new dog, and needed some information.They took the time to explain each option with us and why they recommend the one they did. Would highly recommend.

Probably a good idea that Liam does not cut any Dog's nails now or in the future.Has set our puppy back 12 months, devastated.

Staff are always friendly. It is not the cheapest pet shop, though. I am keen to see more deals.

Quite a dissapointing store. I've usually always had a positive experience with customer service, but the housing situation and items on stock puts me off everytime I step foot inside. Hidden away on one side of the store there's a small cage of countless budgies, they're usually clinging to the bars and with zero enrichment. This is honestly another level of mistreatment, birds should be in large enclosures with lots of enrichment and not kept in cramped spaces. Also the betta fish are very depressed, they're kept in tiny tanks I wouldn't even consider a gallon of water, and majority stay in the spot. I'm here to educate the public that this is not how you should treat betta, no matter what irresponsible chain pet stores tell you, a betta should have an upwards of 5 gallons, if not 10-20 gallon tank, with enrichment, live plants, hiding space, and good water quality.The items advertised are also disgusting, bird mirrors, tiny guinea pig/bird cages, and extremely insufficient fish tanks that make me gag at the sight of them.If you buy from this store, please do your own research and only purchase good items, please don't listen to pet store nonsense, they only want your money, not whats best for the animals.
