Florist On David

Very disappointing ordered champagne and chocolate bouquet last Thursday to collect Tuesday morning,rang on Saturday to let them know I needed it earlier than I had arranged,for 8.45 ,nobody arrived until 9 o'clock.What I was given chocolates and champagne thrown in a box no card.Didnt look anything like their photos excuse busy for Anzac day.Didnt think that bouquet would have gone off if prepared before time.

The flowers I ordered for my friend were delivered to LGH on the same day even though I forgot to give a surname or a delivery address! They did try and contact me but I was busy, so someone used some common sense, which I really appreciate as it was important to me that the flowers arrived that day. Thanks again, job well done.

Ordered flowers from Brisbane this morning to be delivered today .A young lady , Very helpful and professional answered the phone The recipient of the flowers phoned me to say they are the most beautiful flowers, and the preserved rose to be placed on a grave site was absolutely beautiful .

Unfortunately the experience I had with florist on David was not a good one. I had ordered flowers on Sunday the 14th of August to be delivered to my place of work for Wednesday the 17th of August. For some reason the flowers delivered on the Monday the 15th whilst I was not at work and neither was the recipient of the flowers. Someone from my work place then messaged the recipient and ruined the surprise (which is not their fault they didn’t know that they had been delivered on the wrong day.)I then called florist on David after finding this out and they did inform me yes they delivered them on the wrong day and that they should have been delivered on the 17th. They then said they could re deliver them on the Wednesday or just give me a refund. I opted for a refund as the surprise for my friend had already been ruined. The girl on the phone had never mentioned that the flowers would be picked back up. Which I would have been fine with if this was communicated with me as yes I received a refund and yes they should receive their product back fair is fair.I found out that someone (not sure if it was the courier or a member from florist on David) went back to my workplace on the Monday and picked the flowers back up and said to my workmates that they would be redelivered on Wednesday. Which I was unaware of. Only to find Wednesday has passed and no flowers delivered.If they had told me they were going to pick them back up I would have been totally fine with that, I would have gone and got more delivered from a different florist. It’s that they did not communicate this to me at all.Overall my friend ended up getting no flowers delivered on her last day of work like I had not intended.So overall I’m disappointed in florist on David’s lack of communication.I did call and inform them of this situation and lady on the phone was not very apologetic hence the review.

The staff were fantastic. Extremely helpful. I chose a bouquet which looked okay to me, but the staff freshened it up by changing some of the flowers to newer ones. I would certainly go out of my way to purchase flowers from them again.

A+++Ordered some mothers day flowers for mum great price and was super impressed by the freshness and presentation of the flowers. Thanks guys
