Dodgy weighbridge!Had a van full of carboard from an ikea couch and cabinet and they claimed I had 120kg of refuse. Charged me $84 for what was dry, flat packed cardboard. The entire delivery docket from ikea stated a total weight of 94kg. Beware of dodgy pricing by weight!

Excellent customer service from ordering a 3c/m skip through to delivery and pickup.I appreciated the flexibility when Arthur was able to expertly drop off the skip in the yard rather than on nature strip and called ER to not charge me the additional fee.Pick up was also hassle free.Overall a great experience and will definitely use ER again.
