BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Lismore

Is a little tucked away from being viewed from main road...Only knew it was there because I went to Bunnings next door...Customer service was great, nice staff!

I bought a Coleman instant up darkroom tent at the Lismore Store by Click and pay today. It showed on the Lismore website that there were two available to purchase. I paid online for one of them, traveled to the store to pick it up in person.When I got to the store I went straight over to the Tent section and met this Lady that was a staff member looking for my tent order. She said I cannot find it in store but I will look out back it might be still on a pallet. She came back to me and sadly informed me that they for some reason don't have any in stock. She firstly apologised and said is there another tent similar that we can sell you to replace the one that you bought online which was really popular. She pelitly said we do want to do something for you and this was our mistake.She could see I was disappointed, I mention to her that would there be any chance in getting this same tent from a different store delivered to Lismore.She said with a smile please give me a chance and leave this with me, I will ring around straight away.Within not much time that afternoon she emailed us and said she has found another one at a different BCF store and when it comes in I will ring you to collect it.Great Customer Service going above and beyond to satisfy a customer. She really felt bad and wanted to do everything to help me in this delema of no tents in this model being available.A credit to Lismore BCF in employing a staff member that goes the extra mile with an approachable friendly outlook.KERRIE CAMPBELL thank you for the great service that should be recognised. The manager here is a legend...went out of his way to help and even gave me an extra discount after purchasing online. Professional and friendly service is much appreciated!

Always friendly and helpful staff. Store is always stocked with well priced good quality gear. Only thing I hate about BCF is my bank account when I leave, and the look on my wifes face when she findes tge receipt.

The team at BCF Lismore are always so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Cody who hooked me up (pun intended) with a great deal on a spinning combo! Another positive experience!

I ordered some life jackets, which when they arrived staff quickly let me know and put aside the order ready for collection

Went there to look around for potential items needed for an extended trip next year. The staff were great and did not crowd me whrn I explained why I was there Nd made some great suggestions as well.

Went in today. Unbelievable customer service. So helpful and nothing was a bother, didn’t have the item I needed but straight away contacted another store and will get in sent down for me. Thank you team BCF Lismore.
