I'm quite new to weightlifting and unlike other gyms I've been to, the moment I walked into Peninsula Barbell I felt extremely welcomed. They have a great community and an absolute wealth of knowledge.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take the iron-pill.

Coaches are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Extremely well equipped, plenty of specialty bars etc. Good vibes all round.
