Jan from Maritz Electrical installed ceiling fans and power points at my mothers new home in Bulimba. He did the job super fast, he was very reasonably priced, and did a great job. He was lovely to deal with and so helpful.We then had him return another time to install a data cable for internet but he advised us that we didn't need it, & told us what to trouble shoot to solve the problem we had. He was correct & he saved my mother several hundred dollars.We had him return again when mum had a problem with her smoke detector which was going off all night long. He told her that it should be under warrantee and to contact the supplier. She did that and it was their issue. They came and replaced it. Once again, Jan saved mum a lot of money.Jan spent the time to come to mum's house twice now, and could have just done the repairs she wanted, but he was honest, and he was correct both times, costing himself time, but saving my mother money.We cannot recommend Jan enough. He is a true 'old style' tradesman, with integrity. You can have faith that if he quotes you a price, it will be genuine and honest.
