Beware of Nancy. She plays all nice but then charges owners as many fees as she can. When challenged she refuses to discuss your issues as property owner. I would avoid her and her business.

As a professional cleaner, it was such a delight to see the commitment that Mornington Peninsula Rentals have to their holiday houses. This was not just in words but was evidenced in their actions and the ongoing maintenance of our house. It is so reassuring to have our house looked after by this wonderful team. Kym is a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly agent who made renting my house out virtually hassle free. Any issue with a tennant was handled promptly and her ability to resolve belied her experience in the industry. Highly recommended for Mornington area rentals.

Very poor follow up on maintenance jobs, and kept money that should have been allocated back to us. Poor communication with our tenants.Edit in reply: I'm sorry that we were not happy too. I don't enjoy complaining and wish the outcome was differentI do however have to clarify that you did keep the management fee. This fee was paid to you in advance for services you did not provide. If the fee is sitting in trust then we would appreciate you reimburse us. We did request this fee be returned.Also I'm happy to clarify the comment about poor communication. The emails back and forth to our tenants were actually part of the issue. Unfortunately there was too much talking about the problems without finding solutions. At other times you didn't intervene when we thought your input might have been helpful. I'm sure you can appreciate we just wanted peace of mind that the problems were being addressed.I really wish I was giving you a better review but in any case I hope this feedback might go some way to improve things.

After reading the other reviews, I'm really shocked to hear of others experiences. Kym is an absolute delight! We have rented from this company for the best of 2 years. They have always been prompt in replying to emails or phone messages and even quicker in solving an issue. I've found these ladies to be down to earth and extremely friendly. Just to note that we are very blessed to have mornington peninsula rentals and our amazing home owners. By far the best real estate I've ever used! Thank you

I have just completed a holiday rental with Mornington Peninsula Rentals and I must say I am impressed with this agency. After working in Real estate myself for the past 18 years having dealt with many agency’s Nancy & Kym are nothing short of accomodating. They helped with all of my queries, they were professional, responsive and had excellent knowledge of the area. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who is after a 5 star service. Truly impressed - thank you ladies for an effortless stay.

I cannot speak more highly of Nancy, Jackie and the team at Mornington Peninsula Rentals. Their commitment to providing the best care of our rental property is second to none, and their friendly and personal communication is perfect and always timely. They have managed complex situations with a calm and professional manner which is very reassuring. I would not hesitate in recommending them to landlords of long term rentals as well as holiday rentals. Thank you for such a great service. We can relax knowing you have our backs!

The service provided by the ladies working in this business, especially Nancy is absolutely non existent. Emails take over a week to respond to. I paid for a property in full upfront and I had to email 3 times to ask for a receipt of payment and confirmation of booking. This is only the beginning. Wait until I expand on how rude Nancy spoke to me on the phone. She is an absolute emotional wreck and cannot even begin to fathom what working in customer service looks like, let alone managing her personal emotional outbursts on a day to day.It's such a shame because the property I stayed in was actually nice and if I was a property owner I certainly would not want this agency managing any relationships with potential or current paying customers.I wont bore you with more details. But if you want to know what is happening and have some idea of where your reservation is at, perhaps avoid this train wreck.

We loved the property, but unfortunately the power was cut by a recent, significant storm. I’m sure that if everything went well Nancy would be a great host, but as soon as there was an issue our experience quickly deteriorated.Nancy was unwilling to engage in a constructive conversation when we called to complain the next day. Nancy seemed quite emotional and arbitrary when it came to discussing the problems, where she seemed unable to engage in a conversation about solutions. While we understand the electricity fault was out of our control, her response to our concern was simply unprofessional.We were unable to discuss the possibility of a refund with Nancy or Mornington Peninsula Rentals and were simply told to leave the property (without clear guidance on next steps), where we had to resort to Airbnb dispute resolution (and were issued a full refund). Its worth noting that Nancy did return the extra bond money without issue!

After working in real estate for many years in Melbourne, I found the staff at MornPenRentals go above and beyond the day to day property management services.Their hands on attention to detail, experience and knowledge of legislation surpasses all other agents that I have had dealings with.Would highly recommend their services if you have an investment property or holiday property!
