We have had our two shop floors resurfaced by Impact Flooring. One over the Adelaide Cup long weekend and the other over the Easter weekend. Just love the new floors which have totally transformed and freshened up the whole look of the shop and are so easy to keep clean. Can't say enough about the service from Impact Flooring.Scott and Clayton were so professional, friendly and accommodating, working the entire weekends so that it wasn't necessary to close our doors to business.There was minimal mess which was all taken care of by them.We will be resurfacing our kitchen floor next and are certainly going to use Impact Flooring again and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation, in fact we have.Brian KleemannSuntralis Foods

Have recently had my kitchen, bathrooms and lounge room laid by Scott & Clayton from Impact Flooring, well if I could rate them a 10 I would. We've had many trades through our property over the years, and unfortunately, there are only a handful that truly stand out or that I would unconditionally recommend - Scott from Impact Flooring is one of the few!

Scott and his team have done an oustanding work with slate tiles removal. The house has been well protected from dust and overall I was surprised with the minimal amount of dust in all the other room. And I mean minimal. Thanks again!! Scott has also accommodate our busy morning routine with 2 young kids.Highly recommended!

Looked at DIY ripping up the slate from our house concrete floor and had to weigh up the consequences.COST – purchase/hire Jackhammer + appropriate blades, air extractor, concrete grinder, Industrial vacuum cleaners, PPE, dump fees etc, etc.TIME – Working Solo – expected minimum 3+ days to do the job.DUST – Missus would have gone crazy for my lack of dust preparation and control.RESULT – As I didn’t take this path, please read on……..Next step - Called Scott at Impact Flooring. He popped in and provided a quote and was able to schedule the job with-in a week (maybe I was lucky!!)….here’s the comparison.COST – Found the cost of completing this job was easily compensated based on what I would have had to pay for. A no brainer!!TIME – All of the slate (a significant area) was removed with-in 5 hours – from start to finish.DUST – There was significant care taken to ensure all adjoining rooms were sealed off, resulting in minimal or no dust entering other rooms.RESULT – With-in 5 hours ( @ 38°C heat) we had all our slate and adhesive removed from the concrete floors, leaving a flat and clean surface in preparation for tiling.COMMENT: Scott and the lads were magnificent guys. They did an excellent professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending Impact Flooring for any one needs to have a similar job done. Cannot reccommend Impact Flooring enough! Always on time and efficient. I was nervous about how ripping up slate was going to go but they made it so easy by completing the work and cleaning up all the mess with minimal dust! Am very thankful we got professionals in as we could not have done it ourselves.

Had problem with flooring - Impact flooring COMPLETELY uninterested in resolving. Would actively recommend NOT using them. Scot in response to your follow up - the ENTIRE floor you applied the moisture seal to has been affected - not just a small section - please feel free to give me a call to discuss!
