FYI this goes for all Muzz Buzz Stores, not just Girrawheen:Expensive and average. The hot food is quite over priced and not big portioned either. The frappes are too sweet and the flavour is not that great. For a place that has access to real coffee I’d expect them to be way better. Cheap and nasty quality with a gourmet price tag. I’d not get anything from there other than a hot coffee if I were you. Those aren’t bad

Edit: I’ve been meaning to do this for months so sorry for the delay. Im revising my review after speaking with the owner who was kind enough offer my order of coffee and banana bread free of charge as a sorry for the poor quality product I had complained about in my prior review. But most importantly because they have resolved their quality control issues and I’m happy to say I now get all my coffee from muzz buzz girrawheen once again

Coffee is always average and expensive. Went back here for the first time in two years and it was unfortunately just the same. Very weak and milk texture is lacking.

Worse than servo coffee. They are using pre-mix machines, can't even taste the coffee, tastes like hot milk. Not the fault of staff, a very poor decision by the franchisee. I feel sorry for the staff because they have to wear the unhappy customers. Owners need to go back to proper coffee and stop penny pinching

Ham & cheese croissants are the best and I always get the iced coffee frappe (which is my go to drink) except it has gone down in size but price remains the same. Drive through so only atmosphere is whatever song is playing in my car. Staff are always friendly

Girrawheen used to be my favourite Muzz Buzz but they've changed hands and the coffee is off. It's weak like dishwater, undrinkable. I tried a couple of times with current owner thinking maybe it's just the day but nope, not going back.
