Beechworth Holiday Park

Great location; not super new amenities… but very clean. Some powered camping sites were on gravel instead of something a bit softer (like grass); small park which is nice; lovely setting.

The cabins were not very clean my cabin had dead ants all along back of couch plus cobwebs in lounge room mattresses in bunk rooms need a good clean my veranda cabin 17 area covered in spiderwebs and leaves not a good first impression cabin 10 bedroom 2 blood stains on mattress protector

Direct access to the Indigo Epic MTB trail - be first on track in the morning! Also under new friendly management! I was really worried by the seriously bad reviews of 1 star or less but was pleasantly surprised when I opened the Miners Cabin 3 door. I was booked for 3 nights. The cabin was one big room with the bathroom and toilet off to one side through a sliding door (note: no mould anywhere). The kitchen was suitably equipped with everything for two people. It was basic but at this price point it fitted my expectations exactly. The TV and air conditioner worked well. And the bed is comfortable even with the electric blanket! Would I stay again? Absolutely!

Not far from centre of town, nice big caravan sites and terrific camp kitchen with adjacent playground for the grandkids. Been nice to camp and caravan with extended family this week. Good luck to Paul, the newcowner

We stayed here for 7 nights in a cabin during December holidays and experienced the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my whole life.We didn't get any consumables refill for our whole stay and when I asked for extra towels after about 4 days,Linda said it will cost us $15 per towel.Linda is pretty aggressive and unreasonable and cannot believe those kind of personalities exists specially in hospitality industry.

Park is quiet, surrounded by toll trees, with nice play area for kids and located only couple minutes drive from Beechworth. However is missing some general maintainance. Pool was dirty with green algi in the the walls and the couch in the house was sinking to the point we could not really use it.

After two years of great family holidays on sites set up by previous owner Andrew to accommodate all seventeen of us 10 adults & seven children we arrived this year to find we had been sold out to suit the needs of others indeed separating us from our family hub albeit within walking distance separated which effected the whole ambiance of a “family” cooking areas & where grandchildren could be. No apologies or compassion from the office just a hard arrogant attitude & a cop out blaming the previous owners!The roads around sites are a dust bowl & green grass replaced by stones & no site identification such as bollards or painted disc’s confusing many, lucky we could assist due to our knowledge of the park no staff where there to help. We are not alone as other return caravaners expressed the same treatment.Other family members experienced the same office arrogance.We along with other return caravaners will not be back unless of course Andrew & Allison return & restore the friendly atmosphere that once was.To be clear I do not put this review up with any malice intended it’s just an honest review, like I was told in the office “it is what it is”

The owner is absolutely lovely and has big plans for the park…. but the lady in the office is absolutely horrible to deal with. I have never actually encountered anyone this rude before. It’s like going to the Karen’s diner of caravan parks.

After towing a caravan for some distance my wife and I decided to stay at this caravan park and ignoring the bad reviews, we found the reception lady and staff could not help us enough it was such a beautiful bush setting close to all the shops also amenities very well cleaned, presentation excellent I personally wish I could give more stars, will highly recommend this park to everyone going to beechworth, keep up the good work guys, and ignore those who spend their boring lives and try to bring others down

We recently stayed here on our trip through Victoria from NSW. We loved it! Great location, friendly staff and awesome cabins.Thanks for having us guys.
