No cellphone coverage. No optus no telstra no vodafone. Spoke to Vodafone they have no plans of expanding coverage in this area.

Very dodgy developers. Everything gets delayed and they change master plans after selling the lots. Townhouses and their recommended builders took close to 3 years to complete construction. They only give 1 week to settle the land even during the Christmas break including public holidays and make you pay land tax for next year. Upgrades will not be installed even if you pay extra. Poor customer service. Don’t buy a lot in any of their estates.
