My card(debit) failed and didn't have my CC with me and WOULD NOT except my CC numbers over the phone so had to send someone out from Bacchus Marsh to pay while I waited in the store, would avoid this place!

Went in for a pie and the server was so rude. He had his ear piece in and was speaking his native language and didn't even acknowledge me standing there until I said something. Work on your customer service and get back to the basics. I wouldn't recommend this place as it's not a welcoming place to go to, keep your fuel I'll go elsewhere.

So I had a friend order himself and I a pie off of uber eats. We both ordered a plain mince pie.The pies we both got were not plain mince pies.I got a curry pie, and my friend got a plant based pie. Very disappointed. If they didn't have our pies, they should have called ahead and said something, instead of sending out a different order.Couldn't even eat the pies as we both didn't like the flavours.Do not recommend this pie face restaurant to anyone. I'd give them a 0 out of 5 if I could!

Get off the phone!!!! Man talking on his phone in his native language and had to repeat myself twice!This is the 3rd time I've asked for a pie and received the complete wrong flavour!Recommend getting petrol and pies elsewhere.Before you post a generic response check the history of the reviews... It's been months and nothing has changed. It shouldn't take very long to adress this simple issue.

Just your standard petrol pit stop. Prices vary, though often expensive when you see them driving past every now and again. Full of things inside the shop for quick snacks and fill ups. Pieface is a massive convenience. Pretty good too.
