I ordered a favourites box online. Made modifications get my meal and this is all that's in there. It's missing more then half of the meal $16 for chips gravy, popcorn chicken and 1 wicked wing.The wicked wing was so dry it wasnt edible, the chips where disgusting and old. The only thing edible was the popcorn chicken and gravy. Have adults on with all the children you hire so people actually get the right meals and things are made fresh. Honestly disgusting!!!

Twister had 3 day old dry chicken, chips looked 2 days old. Brought chips back as they were dry and brown and he scooped another lot from the same batch of chips that have been sitting there all day. .Twister still uses cabbage where other KFC don't. The lettuce shortage is over.On a good note, their cans of drink were cold.

Chicked was dry and inedible. Chips soggy at best. Extremely poor takeaway food. We did arrive near closing time and they refunded the cost of the chicken, so an extra star for that. We used to eat KFC on occasions, but suspect it will be a long time before we do so again.

Here’s everything wrong with the order:1. We received a bacon and cheese zinger rather than a zinger stacker2. Everything was either slightly warm or cold3. Chips were soggy and lacked salt (which we ordered extra of)4. Even the items that were correct, were placed into the wrong boxes5. Presentation and construction of burgers was messy and sloppyWe would like a refund, or at least to be repaid the difference in price of the bacon and cheese zinger and zinger stacker.Extremely disappointing. Absolutely no pride in their work. I’ll stick to going to Oporto

Bad customer serviceA little boy aged around 8 went up to orders a go bucket and a Oj as he picked his bucket up and the lid came off, chips and popcorn chicken went all over the floor. Two staff members seen what had happened and did nothing about it. The little boy was so upset. I went out of my way to buy the little boy a replacement. I had even mentioned what had happened to heavily pregnant worker taking my order. Instead of giving a replacement go bucket she charged me.. this is not about money, this is about the principal.The little boys grandfather winter as he was unaware of what had happened, and said something to the heavily pregnant Worker only force her to roll her eyes when he had walked away. Ordered 3 identical meals - popcorn chicken go buckets1 came out stacked with popcorn chicken2 came out with chicken to the top of the cup.I took them back and the customer service looked at me as if there was nothing wrong.They addresses the balance.But, really should have been right in the first place.Also, ordered a freeze using the digital kiosk. When the meal was brought out, sorry the machine is not working. Seriously why can’t the system be updated in real-time.Fix customer service and everything is better.

Genuinely hopeless, I had 3 different people try to take my order, and only one of them was able to. Incredibly slow, and inefficient service. The staff are woefully undertrained, and there needs to be more senior members or managers to teach the juniors.Our order was the only one on the screen, and it still took 30 minutes to get it, and even then it wasn’t great for the $40 we paid for a box and a combo.

we ordered just a simple order. they took about 15 minutes to give us our food. half our order was missing and some of it was wrong. absolutely disgusting service from the store. what a waste of money

In a hurry for reasonable takeaway DO NOT GO HERE. This was the worst KFC I have ever had. Order took over 20 mins and then chips were soggy, nuggets cold in side and chicken pieces disgusting. Overall not fit to feed to my dog and all went into bin. Take a look at the photo of one of the pieces of chicken and make up your own mind. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else
