The most valuable service. So underfunded, but such a great and safe space.

I'm only giving this place 3 stars because of the lovely pleasant receptionist that works there. She was always lovely to me whenever I came in. Always had a smile on her face and was always up for a friendly chat. She was the only good thing about the place and probably the only reason I kept coming back. However, I do not recommend Mary Alexopoulos. She is arrogant, extremely judgemental, patronising and condecending, which is why I stopped coming here. They are also not the qualities someone in her position should have. I don't know what she is doing working in this field when she is clearly not cut out for this type of work and doesn't even seem to enjoy it in the first place. Also seemed very inexperienced and under qualified.Does more damage than good, in my opinion, which is why I ceased seeing her. She once even accused me of shouting at her when I never did such thing. It was quite appalling, really. The lady could do with some psychiatric help and should get some before attempting to help others. She should also be professional enough not to bring her own personal issues to work and taking them out on her clients. She should would be better off taking time off work instead of coming into work if she can't handle her emotions.Anyhow, if you want to come out feeling worse than how you initially started, she is the person to see.
