Scammers. Charge 140 for a quote and then quote exorbitant prices and pocket the call out fee. For example, $690 to replace a power point with one that I supplied.Seems to be a very common theme in the reviews here.

Called out to fix a Fujitsu split system, happy to pay call out fee as they were able to come same day. First guy quoted $1200, I asked him if this was a better option than replacing the whole unit. He told me it absolutely was, I trusted him as my knowledge in this area is very limited.Second guy came, offered me a bronze, silver or gold package ranging from $3200 - $9000 for the unit repair. Although a huge jump from the original quote, I felt pressured and again, I wasn’t sure if the cost of a new unit so trusted the tradie and agreed to go with the bronze package. He then kept asking me to sign documents, I was not aware that each document was an additional charge. I happened to check my email towards the end of the repair and noticed that the total had come to $4800 not the discussed $3200.It was at this point I realised I had absolutely been taken for a ride as after some research I found my unit brand new and in stock at multiple stores for $2000.When I questioned the price, I was told it was a premium service and that’s why the prices were inflated. I was at no point advised that this was a premium service, had I known I would have called someone else.Oh and on top of this, they also spilled something all over my deck in multiple places which has stripped the stain. I have sent them an email with all of this and have not had a reply or been offered any compensation.Awful company. Avoid at all costs
