Beers and brewery were great. The food truck is a rip off, long wait with no other orders on the go and then served cold - ruined the experience

Great experience at Blackflag. The beer and ginger beer were delicious. The staff were lovely and very helpful. A great vibe and well fitout venue. Highly recommend.

Great venue, unfortunately the staff need some customer service training. It was our first time to the brewery and the staff showed no interest in explaining what beer was on offer and could barely be bother talking, served our drinks and walked away. Has a lot of potential, however for a brewery customer will need some information about your product.

Great large open space but the seating could be more comfortable. Every chair had no back on it. Maybe get rid of some of the high tables and chairs and have some comfortable lounges. If you want people to stay longer ? Food truck was over priced with ordinary food. Only 2 selections
