Experienced seriously dangerous and reckless driving from an oversized semi- trailer bearing this company’s name on Cooper Street in Epping (29/6). For a massive vehicle to undertake me at speed in a 3 to 2 lane end, causing me to come to a complete stop with traffic behind and next to me, is plain stupid and shameful for this business’ image. It appears clear that CBT’s truckers completely disregard the safety of other motorists.

had a delivery of bricks this morning on possibly the worst site i’ve been on.Most drivers would have just dropped off out the front and left where this driver made a huge effort to get them where needed which am saved me time and money.5 star service

If I could rate with a zero or negative would definitely. Rude and extremely difficult to deal with, blocks were delivered 3 weeks later, minus a pallet and then again weeks wait for missing one. To get a phone call with barely an hour's notice and when you question why not notified the day before to ensure something could have been done for property ect to be unlocked advised not their job to phone and advise they were delivering next-day.

Used them in 2020 and 2023, both times they arrived without replying to emails confirming dates and times so my partner has had to leave work to assist them; this could have been avoided if they gave us prior acknowledgment. Stated they have over 100 jobs a day and it’s not possible for them to ring everyone. It is possible for you to hire another person and give your customers the communication they deserve.
