I have fine hair and Marjan always does a fantastic cut. She has cut my hair several times now and she always takes the time to understand what I am wanting and what will work with my hair type too. Highly recommend her and very happy.

Christine always provides a fantastic service. I always have a full head of hair extensions and her blow wave always have my hair feeling fresh and lush for nearly a whole week. I am a hairdresser myself and can say she nails it Everytime . My favourite place to get a blow wave when I need one on demand.

I have long, fine hair. Christine is my go-to hairstylist because she understands my hair. Excellent scissor skills and she’s confident when she works. Really good at layering and gets my fringe right every time. She’s also friendly and efficient. She works 4 days a week, usually available on Thursdays-Sundays. I usually call ahead and ask to make sure she’s on before I go to Eastland. Love the convenience and wait times are never too long. Highly recommended!

Yesterday there was another staff serving us, no need to mention her name. She didn't give the level of service and cutting outcome as expected. We come back today with the little hope the store will take that up and fix it right this time. And today, we met this staff called Christine.Christine had been offering a great service today. She listened to the concerns and upholds the company policy to offer 7 days guarantee to fix the hair of non-satisfied customer. And she fixed it with a great amount of patience and calmful manner. I can't thank her enough.

The most important thing that makes Christine THE BEST is that she listens and asks questions. Even having cut my hair for two years, she still checks in each time to make sure nothing has changed in what I want, and that everything is ok. No incincere garbage conversations to cover up lack of hairstyling talent, she is genuine, respectful, talented, and caring. She takes pride in her work and so she should. A genuine asset to Just cuts Ringwood.

Don’t get roped into writing a review in exchange for a voucher to be used next visit, you’ll be lucky to be able to use it as they seem to make t&c’s up on the spot. Apparently the voucher can’t be used on Sundays despite it not saying anywhere on the voucher. They also don’t honour pricing (asked for the price of my haircut beforehand), got my haircut by another hairdresser and she charged me a different price. Very frustrating.

Knowledgeable and efficient, the ladies who cut my partner and my hair today were able to give us exactly what we were looking for with just a chat and a photo. They were very good with advice and decisions for our ageing hair with changing texture and thickness.
