Blade Exchange

Extremely unhelpful with replacement parts for $2000 vacuum purchased from them. I ordered a replacement armature from China for $70 by the way and a $60 heavy duty vacuum from bunnings that works just as good. No solutions offered except, call back next week to buy our $600 replacement motor. Know your stuff before you call these people or you might get scammed

After posting this review we received two malware attacks on our computer. We use Norton and they identified these attacks coming from 'Blade Exchange'. Certainly makes you wonder.If we could leave no stars we would have. Kerryn King is the person who runs this business and is a very shonky character. She supplied us with a dog bath that cost $2000 but after less than 6 months use it went kaput! When the bath arrived it didn't have a manual and even after many, many requests she hast provided one. When we told her the bath had broken down she wanted us to organize the repair; however we later get an e-mail from her saying the warranty only covered parts and not the fitting of those parts even though required to be done by an Electrician. We have requested from her several times for details of the warranty but she hasn't sent us any details.She did send parts but they weren't the correct ones, then she sent more parts and even though they were enough to get the bath going, they weren't the correct parts as the control box has had to be cable tied to the motor as the new motor hasn't got a slot for it. We then e-mailed her and told her this only to receive an e-mail back saying they don't make the old motor any more - bare in mind that this is less than 6 months old! We then respond and say it isn't of the quality that was expected and we want our money back if she cant effect the correct repair. She then sends us an e-mail to say we can return it at our cost and she will deduct from the price a rental charge for the time we have had it!!Kerryn King you make it up as you go along and we wish we had never had the misfortune to be introduced to your company. We are a small business who made the leap to get a bath that we thought would last us for years to come. Shonky, shonky, shonky. Also she has an e-mail address that says mrclipperman so obviously she is running several businesses. Just watch out is all we're saying.

Products look great ,worked well , but no help when product failed , contacted Kerryn King for advice and warranty , Full of advice but failed to honor warranty and replacement . lf ever want product support or warranty , Do not use them - one Star Poor service""

Good advice, did an excellent job of sharpening my clipper blades and servicing my clippers. Quick service too. She knows what she is doing. Also replaced the spring on a couple of the blades so it's not just sharpening, it's a proper full service. Very happy ❤️

We have been dealing with Kerryn and Blade Exchange for approx a year now and every time we call or come to the store, we are welcomed and assisted in anyway possible. Kerryn at Blade Exchange has been absolutely amazing.I started my business July 2019.I got all my equipment that I needed from Blade Exchange.From table, bath, dryer, shampoos, combs, brushes etc.Kerryn is full of information & always helpful, making my it easy for me to pick the right product for my needs.Top rate Customer Service. Kerryn goes beyond from start to after care.Now, I usually send an email with list of items I need, Kerryn will collect & have items ready for pickup that day.Blades, scissors, thinners, ear cleaners, accessories etc.If there is an item not in stock, she puts order in and I am contacted as soon as item arrives.Kerryn even provided me with a pair of chunkers to use until mine arrived. I loved the ones she lent me, I purchased them instead.If a product is faulty Kerryn has exchanged it &/or fixed it.If a product has not lived up to my satisfaction, I have been able to get a store credit.
