Went there looking for something that unfortunately they didn't stock. The young man, nevertheless was happy to give me some advice on where I might find my part. Would definitely consider going back there should the opportunity arise.

Pointless stores only sell perceived high end items, it's all just over priced garbage, the sales people will lie through their teeth to make a sale.Just ask if the Weber stuff is dishwasher safe they will say it is when it actually isn't.These places are run by clowns from top to bottom. Way better deals at gepps cross.

Put down a 50% deposit on two fireplaces at Heatworks in Norwood who promptly went bust because the owner was a crook. Roy, at The Home of Fire, worked with us and the suppliers to minimise the financial impact to us for which we were extremely grateful. First class support to resolve a difficult issue.

Went in last weekend to purchase a gas log fire and had a fantastic experience! The staff were more than happy to help and went above and beyond to ensure we will satisfied with the purchase. Highly recommend!!!

My fireplace looks great! One mark off for communication. I had to constantly chase them up for things! Even a simple quote, with no replies from emails and constantly calling. I rang three times just to get an install date. When it came to installing, they hadn’t let me know about gyprocking so now I have a huge hole above the fireplace which will now be paid for out of my own pocket! Not happy. If they had let me know prior, I could’ve sorted it out.EditNo compensation and no apologies when following this up with management. Will never shop here again.

Great shop and awesome sales ladies. Bought a Weber BBQ from them. No stock available because of covid but they were willing to sell me the floor stock model to ensure that the client gets what he wants. Large selection of Weber BBQ and accessories.
