Nice swimming school! Teachers in there are all very nice and patient. You can always see their smiles and enthusiasm for their work！My boy enjoys his lessons. Highly recommend!

Not nice, friendly office staff at all, we have missed 3x make up sessions as front desk lady not accommodating the time. Not cooperative or flexible at all unfortunately only for 30 min water play for 5 YO...

My 4 year old daughter gone there for 1 year. She is going through tough time and diagnosed with global development delay so it takes for her longer than usual to learn any new skills. she generally enjoys swimming and not being rude or nuisance to anyone. Instead of being supportive, her instructor indirectly refuse to renew her classes for next term. As a parent, it makes so sad,angry and helpless for her. We regret our decision of enrolling her there at first place.

Taken my niece and nephew here for a couple lessons a week and the staff have been absolutely amazing! Completely understanding of different needs for each child and ensuring that they're comfortable in the water and also enjoying themselves too.

Great family run swim school. The instructors are dedicated and you can tell they are happy to be there. Very nurturing for young swimmers and strive to improve each child's swimming and safety skills. Staff are friendly and make you feel party of their family. Highly recommend.

Wonderful team of instructors. Very encouraging of the kids. Barb Carew taught me in the 70's and still teaches the kids. Provide good feedback to parents and do their best to cater for make up classes. Pool always sparkling and wonderful wall mural!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the wonderful team at John Carew swimming school. My 4-year-old has been very anxious and reluctant to get into the pool for a lesson and finally succeeded in having his first swimming lesson today with Barb, who is firm, so very kind, patient, and dependable. The staff at the reception was also very understanding and provided much helpful advice. Thank you!! It was such a privilege to observe the class and witness all the fun that the kids were having.

Great family-run swimming school! We have been coming here for 5-6 years now and very happy with the teachers that my two children have had. Barb and her crew at the front desk are great and very friendly and helpful. Great coffees and snacks available for spectating parents.Parking can be a bit of a challenge with the earlier sessions on Saturday morning though.

I wish I could give Jillian a million stars!! Our 2 yo had a rocky to start to swimming at a different centre & is just a totally different kid in the water now she’s at John Carew, which is 100% all because of Jillian and how gentle, nurturing & supportive she is! She is a real life angel!

We have attended John Carew for the last 7yrs (since the kids were babies) and have found every swim instructor amazing! Both kids have absolutely loved swimming, loved their teachers and excelled over the years.Would highly recommend this family friendly, nurturing and wonderful swim school!
