20/09/2016I would like to thank Brook at The Pump House for returning my phone calls promptly and the speedy service I received, sending out a repairman to check the pump I bought elsewhere.I found Brook to be extremely polite, helpful and generous with a discount when the pump manufacturer would not honour the warranty.Thank you for your great customer service in a world where there is not much of that around. Very much appreciated.Many Thanks to Wayne for being here at the designated time and againfor great customer service.As The Pump House was recommended to me, I certainly will not hesitate to recommend their services to family and friends.

Customer service was very disappointing. I meet someone for a quote for a new irrigation pump at my house 4 weeks ago, after chasing him up 3 times over the last month he never resolved the issue and never got back to me, instead while I was waiting for him $1500 worth of my plant stock have died. Upset with the lack of customer service. Please go to aqua- power nambour for better and quicker assistance.

What an awful experience…. If no stars was an option that would be my rating. Rude and disinterested staff at Nambour pump house clearly only interested in the big guys. My suggestion don’t waste your time here take your business to somewhere that wants it and will at least be pleasant to deal with.

I looked at several potential providers to install a pump in my water bore at my property. I decided to use The Pump House because they quoted me a good price and also, importantly, because they were using high quality pumps from a globally recognised brand that I knew would give me years of trouble free service. I proceeded with the quote and a day was booked for installation. Their guy came out, installed the pump and made sure everything was working correctly. He instructed me in the use of the pump / tank system and left me with all the product documentation for my records. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to do this type of work.

Outstanding service from this company. I have used them a number of times over many years and have always been very pleased with the support they have given me. Recently purchased a new pump and their follow up was amazing.

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. Please do not use this business. They take your credit card details then deduct whatever amount they choose without any further authorisation. After speaking to the manager who said my husband was told what the hourly rate would be, they did no such thing. We had no clue what to expect as we did not receive an invoice prior to the payment being deducted from our card. What if it had been a huge amount!They will not refund us on this job that was a repair for a part they installed only 6 months ago so not only are they underhandedly processing payments at their will, they do not honour any warranty on their parts.Go elsewhere if you don't want your credit card compromised OR at the very least, do not under any circumstances give them your credit card details!

I was very impressed by the way these guys went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. They dealt with the manufacturer on a just out of warranty pump and worked a miracle on my behalf, in 15min flat. I have often lamented how nobody provides the kind of service i do for my customers. It seems that I've found someone who does. I would urge you to support The Pump House, or one day we'll all be talking about the good old days when you got good service and were looked after.

Went into the Pump House Nambour today, having been recommended them by our landscaper. Our experience was dreadful. The person behind the counter was arrogant, unhelpful and rude. He treated us as if we were idiots. I would never buy anything from them now given that experience. We went from there to Yandina Hardware, which couldn’t have been more different. Polite, inventive, helpful and found a great solution for us.Would definitely not recommend the pump house if you’re looking for a good customer experience.

I had a hairline crack on our 2 year old water pump. It appears that the crack was there for a week or so and ended up draining our two 22500l tanks empty by the time I realised the issue.On Saturday morning (07/01/2023) I called The Pump House in Nambour and spoke to Scott. A friendly guy who gave me a few options over the phone but said that it would be best to come in store so that they could have a look.The pump was already installed at the house we bought and I didn’t have the paperwork for a warranty claim so I went with buying a new pump. They worked out an amazing price for me so it made the most sense for me.They setup the pump so that all I needed to do at home was plug it in I would be all set.I also got some really good information on how to prevent the housing getting cracked and also how to prevent pests like ants damaging the pump.They were extremely busy but they were really professional and friendly. I highly recommended The Pump House for your water pump needs.

A special shout-out to Tye and the pump-house. These guys went over and above to help us recently with a pump failure. They were able to get my new pump down for delivery next day from Gympie through floods. I had trouble with my tank pipes and Tye came out and spend several hours in the driving range, soaked from head to toe, to assist with fixing it and getting our water back on! Thanks guys, great service, prompt and serious dedication! Thanks Tye!!
