I wasted my money in this, but I don't care how much I wasted since the essential point is that they turned my good hair into a disaster. I went there expecting to get a great respectable hair cut, but I was startled by what I received. I strongly advise you not to go here since the barber is unprofessional and I believe they are solely interested in making money rather than providing a better hair cut. Going there was the worst decision I ever made.

Worst experience I had and worst haircut ever. The guy finished my sons and my haircut within 5 mins so to get on to the next client fast. Was a regular here but this preferential treatment and terrible haircut is a let down. Will be going elsewhere next time. The owner would know who I am talking about, fix the bad apple.

I finally found the best hairdresser for my son in Hornsby! Sam is really nice very professional, we are so satisfied!

Asked for a number 5. Said I want it short but not too short. He tilted my head forward and shaved almost all my hair off before I had a chance to look up in the mirror. Within 1 minute, it was already the shortest my hair has been since I was out of the womb. In the end it was a rushed number 3 and I don't understand how, as a barber with all the haircuts he'd have done, he thought that would look good. I just wanted to get out of there because I didn't think it was fixable and ended up buying a beanie to wear for the next week. I miss when barbers used to use scissors to style it gradually.

Great service. Had my preschool aged sons hair done here. Barber was very good, working quickly but carefully, and chose a good style for him. Work was done very neatly, and or barber was friendly and checked with us as he went, but we were happy to trust his judgement and were rewarded with a great affordable haircut. We will definitely be back for the next haircut at Allan's, very satisfied.

This place gives a consistently good cut. The prices are competitive and the staff are friendly and efficient. I have been there a couple of times where it seems lots of people are waiting but it turns out they are only waiting for others getting a cut so check before you walk away. I've never waited for more than a few minutes. They're located just inside the centre, access from the yellow car park Cole's side.

Been getting my haircuts and beard trimmed hear for about 10 years, and every time have received high quality service. Each member of the team always does an excellent job. Had Sam this morning who, as always, does an exceptional job with perfect attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS. Went there once a while ago. Waited for almost 45 minutes for a haircut. The staff some aram guy in glasses. The fade was not even properly done and when i asked to get it fixed, he was being rude and stubborn. For such a overpriced haircut, they have extremely bad service. Would recommend any other shop than them
