Lovely warming atmosphere here with the old bricks walls and lighting. The dishes are quite authentic Japanese style. But I think the teriyaki sauce is bit salty.

Bishamon is always great place to go for dinner.I am lucky cuz I live so close to Bishamon so I go quite often.Their tempura is the best in Brisbane. But make sure if head chef works on that day. I tried when head chef was off, it was alright but was not as good as usual. Every single food is enjoyable.Thanks Bishamon :)

Pretty happy with the value of the curry-rice with pork cutlet and their agedashi tofu. The karahage were nice, but could have been softer. Will definitely go back.

It used to be my favourite Japanese restaurant as this was the restaurant my husband and I went for our first date. We went there again tonight and ordered some sushi rolls, the menu shows 8 pieces but we only received 6. We forgot to take photo before we ate, when I was paying the bill I told the lady that we only received 6 pieces of prawn sushi roll, my intention is to let them know what had happened so to avoid it next time, I didn’t ask for any discount, but the Japanese lady said someone must have eaten and didn’t tell me. We are 3 adults (we had Shabu Shabu unlimited set) and 3 young kids (6,3,1 year old), because the prawn sushi roll has spicy ginger in it so none of the kids had it, only my husband had 3 and my sister had 2 and we have one left. She insisted it’s impossible, well, I guess the prawn is too small to cut into 8 pieces but they don’t want to give us two prawn for the roll? I am not happy with how they responded but overall food was okay, except the sushi roll.

We had the sukiyaki hot pot buffet. The meat was so fresh and tender, excellent quality and quantity. If you like sesame, you'll love the Black sesame ice cream (see the picture). Full of flavor. We had a great time dining in there. Thank you to the owner and the family.

First of all, regardless of service attitude. The food itself was very stale and perhaps unclean. I'm not sure if it's the beef or the eggs. My boyfriend and I have been having diarrhea ever since we came back from eating, even to the point of taking pills. We are very disappointed with this restaurant.

Wonderful place, super fresh!!!!! We order yellowtail king fish sashimi, octopus marine, yaki udon and green tea ice cream with saka.Suggest the shop have picture on the menu, it's nice food❤️❤️Definitely come back second time！

My first time and last time visiting this restaurant, tell all m friend not to come.Food quality is disaster, first serve beef was good wagyu, afterwards some stink and discoloured ordinary beef was coming. Trying to sell seconds at best quality prices.Here are comparisons. They explains different part of wagyu has different colour like this. Apologies is better than fools your customer.Horrible customer service, that white lady compress mouth with deep frown as we owe her a lot. Disgusting face expression.
