Easy shopping found what I was after with some friendly help from staff. None of those stupid checkouts away from the exit where they try to check your receipt after you have just paid for it and got the receipt

Always great value for money. A good range of products. Friendly staff. The store is always generally clean and upon entry displays are very well presented.

I was amazed upon entry of the size of the shop and I must say there is a bigger variety of things than other big w's I've been to.

Whilst big w inside is what you expect. The outside is nearly always littered with rubbish. Not a nice entrance. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. But it's disappointing to find the toilets closed often. I have emailed about this issue as whilst pregnant I had really needed to use the loo desperately and was told sorry. Yet they seem to be closed sporadically!
