I met Ally cheetham when I began suffering from chronic pain in my sacrum area.Through various different specialists Ally has been consistently working with me and has kept up to date with my condition to provide me with the right service needed.Ally had extensive knowledge about the body and always provides the right treatment and is extremely pleasant and relatable.I won't go to anyone else and have been happy since day 1!

I highly recommend ally for her dry needling and massage treatments! I’ve always had a tight lower back and shoulders from the gym and it is absolute magic how she can make them feel Just after one treatment! I have been her client now for 10 years and I will keep recommending her to friends and family! She is very professional and best on the Sunshine Coast!

Ally is a miracle worker! I have suffered from headaches, back and neck problems for my entire adult life, and see countless physio's, remedial masseuses and chiropractors. Whilst they could give me relief for a short time frame, Ally is the first one to make a real difference! She uses a combination of techniques, including dry needling (which scared me at first, but it is actually completely pain-free and works amazingly!) so that I now very rarely get tension headaches, and can see her every 4 - 6 weeks for 'maintenance'. I would 100% recommend her!
