Red Rooster
Had lunch here today, fast friendly service from the staff ar this location. The restaurant is clean and is an easy to access location right of the main road. The drive through accommodates a trade Ute quite easy. I still love the new menue at Reds and the new branding. The reds box is my favourite dish at the moment. Keep it up red rooster.

Small eat in area with a couple of picnic tables outside. Food is your standard Red Rooster. I had 3 piece fried chicken meal which included 1 drumstick, 1 wing and 1 thigh, chips, potato with gravy, pineapple fritter, and a can of soft drink. Chips and the gravy were over salted (common with RR)

If I could rate this store zero I would. I ordered 4 of the Big Feast Meals 2 days in advance for our staff Christmas Party to be ready for pick up at 11.45am.Arrived at 12 noon only to find half the order ready. I finally left the store at 12.10pm so half the order was lukewarm by the time got back to the office which is a 5 minute drive away. Manager (Raj) was unapologetic and rude the whole time I was in the store. The cashier was clueless to say the least and the front counter was littered with crumbs and greasy. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.

Don't bother ordering even after renovating They need to renovate staff. Blame service for online ordering on everyone else expect poor service and poor customer communication

Ordered a reds tender burger box. Paid extra for large chips, received about 8 chips in total.My burger was stone cold, cheese stale and bred was soggy. It was so bad I couldn’t even feed it to my dog. Tried calling to ask about it, they didn’t pick up. I know red rooster has a bad rep, but this is bad.

One of the worst experiences for both customer service and food quality. Staff member taking my order through drivethru started talking to another staff member mid order which meant I had to repeat myself and then had to repeatit again at the window. Got home and our 2 family chips had no salt on them and were lukewarm. Will be avoiding this store

Hats off to the guy there alone. We walked in and drive through was on the go. He got our order and drive through very quickly. Not fussed on their burgers as they are very small. The food was hot and fresh. Thanks again to the guy alone. Job well done.

Poor service. Staff lacked proper training on cas registers and they seemed in a bit of a mess. Food was nearly cold and we ate in store...go figure.
