Seriously disgusted at service. I attempted to get a Flu shot Wednesday, the shop was empty, no deal as I had no appointment! I booked for 4pm Thursday. On arrival I find the staff are NOT honouring appointments and had a queue of 15 people. As a businessman this type of time management is intolerable. I adjusted my schedule to accommodate their time, but they wasted my time. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I left my script at 3 15pm today and said it will be ready in 20 minutes. I went away and did some shopping giving them plenty of time to fill my scripts.On my return at 4.15pm was told they were being checked will be 5 minutes. Time went by and asked if they could help me again I said was being looked after.The chemist then came out and said she was just filling my script and questioned the drs handwriting.The script was then ready for me.All staff I dealt with were very rude and and not helpful at all.As I was paying I advised the time was 4.45pm and I put the scripts in at 3.15pm she just rudely said some things take time and enjoy ur day.Seriously poor customer service...plenty more chemist's that take Health partners in our area so I will be going to them. If Health partners don't want to loose their reputation as a Health fund I would seriously look at taking this benefit away from them.I will also copy my Health Fund into this review.

Needed a sick certificate, after COVID vaccine.You are forced to vaccinate ( no it's NOT my choice, your choice is when you have it, in the given scenario you don't have a choice).Vaccination is free - fair enough.The chemist apply $25 fee for a sick certificate for a service that you were forced to take and that was free.Essentially they are making money on the situation, it's not acceptable

Outstanding service from knowledgeable and respectful pharmacist and staff. There's also a really nice selection of giftware too.

Always good service and friendly very helpful and fast service.

This pharmacy is way overpriced compared to others. Additionally, who charges for a stat dec? Literally takes 30 seconds of a pharmacists time who was otherwise just standing around chatting with co-workers.

Completely useless service.Sorry what service.If you want to wait for a booked appointment and they have someone else in your spot with no clue what's going onIf you want to wait for hours to get scripts filledIf you want NO customer service this is the Chemist for you.No apologies, no service time and time again.I will happily travel to find another Health Partners chemist as the drive will take less time than getting scripts filled or any sort of service from here!

Very expensive scripts. We were horrified that they were going to charge us almost double for the same brand script, that we last purchased at Star Chemist. . We showed them the last box with the sticker price on it and they wouldn't honour. I wanted to book my free flu injection and the young Asian girl said that I had to pay., even though they are free till the end of July. Very rude, won't be back

I walked in for a Covid 19 booster and the staff have been very nice and accommodating. I will come back again next time if I need something from a chemist.

Nick the pharmacist was able to overcome a tricky situation by negotiating with interstate pharmacists and suppliers to ensure my daughter was able to get her PBS medication from an interstate pharmacy at very short notice. He showed empathy and grasped a complex situation quickly to ensure she was able to access important medication on time so she could enjoy her holiday and not get sick. Every staff member at this pharmacy staff are kind and helpful.
