Harry did an awesome job looking after my bike, and did exactly what I asked him to do and more.Specifically, he tuned my derailleurs better than any shop (I've tried about 4 others) ever has, and has it shifting more smoothly than I could have dreamt.Bike works a charm, and Harry was a great bloke himself, and cared a lot about the shop and the people that come into it.Great service, 10/10 will come only here againSean

Came into Giant Melbourne with my 2021 TCR SL 0 as it was having some disc brake issues since I had it shipped over. Harry was incredibly helpful and fixed it on the spot for me. I am fairly knew to the area and he gave me heaps of tips and places I could ride. I'm glad there is still amazing and warm customer service in this day and age. Will be making Giant Melbourne my go-to bike shop!!

I'm touring across Australia and had an issue with the tension on my pedal (too tight for release). Tom kindly lent me the Allen key I needed and even cleaned my pedals with air to remove dirt. I didn't buy anything but he couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks!!

Top class bike service from Tom. I've had my bike serviced from many other well known shops this was the first time someone has listened, diagnosed and fixed the issues. My 4 year old bike is now running better than new with Strava PR's being smashed. Won't take my bike anywhere else from now on.
