I recently received a council letter stating that my septic system required new septic trenches. I was sick with worry as this came from out of nowhere. Not knowing anything in relation to septic’s I began to phone around and after numerous calls, bad service, and extortionate pricing, I contacted Dan from QCF Plumbing. He calmed me down and helped me through the process, gave me options and handled all the council documentation. Dan completed the job without any hassles, and organized the entire project on my behalf saving me both time and money in the process.Dan handled a difficult job with ease in what was a muddy and unpleasant environment. His analysis of each matter was concise and easily understood as he explained the highly technical plumbing lingo in non-technical terms. In summary, pleasant to deal with, efficient and highly competent with no hidden extras. I now have a compliant septic. Will use him again without doubt.

Wanted QCF to do some work for me.1st call was answered but canceled on connection. Several calls during the day had similar responses.Thinking that the plumber was likely 'under the pump' and couldn't answer the phone, tried after 4pm. Only got an answering machine.
