Used the Phone Repair section of the store.They told me my phone was fixed. As soon as I looked at it I realised that the screen they fitted was damaged due to the rough service fitment. There were big black marks on the screen which resembled finger marks pressed into the screen. They did not even bother so much as looking at the phone after completing the snow screen fitment. When I noticed the damage Reedy wasn’t fussed and said it would be ok. Ended up turning my whole screen black so it was completely unusable for another 24 hours and they knew I was an emergency worker on call 24 hours. Brought it back the following day and he abused me stating that I did not book to have the phone looked at again this following day. Yet when I picked it up I told him I would bring it back in the following afternoon to be completed that same afternoon. It was just after 60 minutes after they opened and made a big argument about it and abused me and for some reason blames me because he had new jobs that day to complete?.... yet my job was booked before all of these and was not yet completed and he knew I was bringing it back.... Yet if he has even bothered to look at the phone after he finished. He would have realised that he damaged the screen and could have fitted a new one immediately instead of telling me it was complete and we would not have had all of this running around for me to go in and out multiple times. Plus blaming the customer for his poor service, professionalism and personal accountability issues. Nothing was said when I returned to pick up the phone, they just pretended like nothing happened. And when I asked about what happened earlier they just shrugged their shoulders at me and smiled after charging me the full price of $250 or thereabouts. Was a 10 day turn around after they stated it would take 3 business days also.Wouldn’t recommend. Go to another place if you can. They don’t value customers and this was such a simple job yet he made a dogs breakfast out of it and ended up taking it out on the customer. Clearly a few management issues and many more including lacking professionalism, service and quality control plus respecting customers.
