Great, friendly owners - thank you so much for the hire of a mobility scooter. It made our trip to Cairns so much easier for my father and he may even consider buying himself one in the not too distant future. We took it shopping as well as on the Sky Rail, Kuranda train, Bird World, Koala Gardens and the Butterfly Sanctuary. It lasted all day with plenty of life left once we got back to our apartment. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. This was a fantastic experience. Their willingness to accommodate our needs was amazing. The initial booking and delivery of a wheelchair (at very short notice) was seamless. Not only was the product perfect but responding to a request to extend the hire outside of normal operating hours was outstanding. We hired a dual pram. Lisa was fantastic to deal with from initial questions prior to ordering and also throughout use.Great equipment that was delivered prior to our arrival and they also organised for pickup.Highly recommended for hiring of baby items for your trip.

Lisa was so easy to deal with and very accommodating. We hired a cot, linen, highchair and trike. All were clean, in great condition and of high quality standard! Definitely recommend Oz Baby Hire for your baby hire needs!!

I hired their portable mobility scooter for Anzac Day March & an extended two week stay at a cost of $550. The day I left Cairns I told Lisa I was disappointed with it & she became extremely defensive. I now know that this scooter should not have been rented out in its current condition especially to non abled bodied people.Definitely needs a new battery, as it would’nt hold its charge & ran out often, me needing pushing.The front tyres were bald & have no tread at all. The sides had chunks of rubber missing which made it dangerous in the rain when on sloping pavements.Back tyres also had rubber chunks missing.Lisa told me that the tyres cost $660 to replace the front.I said “ Well you obviously knew the price yet you still hire it out, you just got $550 out of me, replace the tyres please before someone gets hurts “I was previously told being portable one person can fold it down & lift it in & out of a car boot.Maybe if you was strong & abled bodied but it really took two to lift it..I asked Lisa would she refund me any money but she said NO & that if I had complained earlier she would have delivered another one with safe tyres & a newer battery.. I really think she missed the point,.. it should never ever have been hired out in such illegal conditions for the sake of making money of the vulnerable..

Highly recommend!!! Lisa is amazing and so helpful. It was the most easiest stress free experience. Seat installed prior to car rental collection all ready to start our holiday. And the collection process also just as easy!

Lisa and her husband were very friendly and personable. They helped me get the mobility scooter that I desperately needed. They even delivered it to my hotel and picked it up when my vacation was over. I was able to get around and thoroughly enjoy my vacation in Cairns. OZ Baby was the only company in Cairns that had a mobility scooter for hire.They were Super friendly, helpful, and accommodating for my needs. They even had a walker that helped me on tours.Their prices are very reasonable.I highly recommend this company!!!

Oz baby hire was such a fabulous find - wonderful delivery service and response time, fantastic toy boxes to keep our kids entertained while on holidays and excellent baby equipment to cover everything we needed. Definitely recommend Lisa and the team!!

Could not recommend enough!!! Lisa was so helpful and we hired baby equipment for 3 babies which made our holiday to cairns so much easier. The company collected the cots and highchairs and transported them to our next accommodation. So happy with the service and quality of the products.
