Cooma Mitre 10

I have been there numerous times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If they don't have something they will either try to get it or tell you where you might get it. A small shop but a good range for day to day items.

They are always eager to help and got a fair selection of tools. Nursery is cute. A bit limited timber supply I think. And more expensive then Bunnings.

Range is excellent, shelves are well stocked, staff are great - knowledgeable and customer focused, especially Gary(?) & Jane . Forget that other hardware chain, just come here. I do, from Canberra. Only place to shop.

A well stocked outlet, helpful and friendly staff. Store was clean with a quality stock of nursery plants. Worth more than a mad dash in to purchase that one item, stay and look around as you may be surprised. Good job people and reflective of a quality store

Prefer a bunnings to here.I am spoilt with them and other building stores back home in the Illawarra.In Cooma it's the place to shop for items though.

A credit to the owners of this store!Pity the customer service, range of stock, layout and cleanliness of all over the store wasn’t copied by other mitre 10 stores!The young man in the garden area was delightful and cared about the plants as if he owned them.Good on you!

Excellent standard of service, other stores could learn from this one. Brandon went over and above in finding the fan I was after. Most fans have been placed away as winter is coming, (so G.O.T. lol), however Brandon went upstairs to actually check the stock they had. He returned with 2 options, not suitable, then I showed him what I was after and he trekked on back upstairs to search. He found exactly what I was after which was right at the back, and apparently quite the effort to get to, but Brandon persevered where I suspect most people would not. While I was waiting, another staff member approached me to also ask if I needed any help. The store deserves its 5 stars.

Friendly staff that know their products. Plenty of hardware supplies and well complimented with the home decorations and furnishings. This shop has a drive through which appears to be well laid out and organised.Good location just off the main drag but still within easy reach.
