You know when you have a bad experience you wish you could give a zero instead of one star? Well, this is the exact opposite! If there was a 10 star option they would get it! My daughter and I have been so well cared for here, from the greeting by reception to our incredible massages with Sheryl. I’ve had a few “shopping centre” massages at the same price point or higher and, while relaxing, weren’t really tailored to individual needs. They just followed a fairly predictable pattern. Every massage I have had with Sheryl has always addressed an area of concern, and no two massages are the same. They also have fantastic hygiene practices - being very careful regarding COVID-19. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to make massage a part of my self care routine, I really do feel so much better as a result of the services provided by the InTouch Team.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with a smile and exceptional service. I booked a remedial massage with Denise, who took her time listening to me and asking me about my symptoms and areas of pain. She also provided me with lots of health and lifestyle advice, which I have been following accordingly. She made me feel very comfortable before, during and after the massage. I walked out of the clinic feeling so light, and my pain had significantly decreased! The clinic itself is exceptionally clean and hygienic. I’m looking forward to my next session.

Cannot recommend Adam enough. My pelvis was so sore from 12 weeks pregnant and was becoming increasingly worse to a point where I couldn’t walk in the evenings by 20 weeks especially if I had an active day. I saw him for one session and since that day I have not had even one second of the same pain. It’s been amazing and I finally feel like I can enjoy my pregnancy more now that I can move better. Highly recommend!

I walked to this clinic first time today and welcomed by receptionist Kristy with a smile. I had remedial massage. I PAYED FOR 1 HOUR MASSAGE BECAUSE THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THIS CLINIC SO I PUT THE TIMER ON AND WHEN MASSAGE THERAPIST FINISHED THE MASSAGE AND I CHECKED MY TIMER AND IT WAS ONLY 44 MINUTES. So I think they should also put the timer on to ensure that they deliver full service.

I don’t have enough praise to give this place, i seeked out this place for treatment for my shoulders and spine condition.I suffer with chronic pain and have for the last 12 years until my first appointment with Hayley one of the osteopath’s.Hayley relieved a particular pain (and lots of other pain) that I have in my spine and have suffered with since I sustained the injury. Nothing has ever taken away the pain until I found Hayley!!!!!! Hayley has given me the confidence to continue with my training safely and almost pain free.

The best pregnancy massage ever. Remedial massage that relieved all the aches and tension synonymous with pregnancy, in a calm and relaxing space. Will definitely be making this a regular appointment.

Jenny is absolutely fabulous. Not only is she an amazing physio therapist but her beautiful nature whilst working on you put's you immediately at ease. I had alot of tension and build up of knots in my left side due to my work, my motion of movement was very limited and after my first visit Jenny was able to relieve alot of the pain and I had better movement. My second visit I have now have full rotation of movement.Can't thankyou enough Jenny...
