Quest Campbelltown

Stayed here for five nights with my family. Room was clean with all the appliances readily available. Service was excellent, especially Tred was was really helpful and professional. He looked after our requirements promptly. Thanks Tred.I would definitely recommend anyone with family to stay here.

The 100 dollars security deposit should be returned the next day. Hurry up.other hotels are quicker. Not advised how long to refund when we booked. Bit late to tell us when we have driven over 700 kms and are tired.

Service was great at reception. Some dodgy looking guests and signs around regarding theft. Food options are close by. Definitely the roughest Quest I've stayed at. We were due to stay here again a week later as part of a road trip but decided to cancel and stay somewhere else.

We have stayed here twice with our family and dog. The rooms are large and very nice. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely with 2 bathrooms and a well set out kitchen and living areas. Plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. They allow dogs and it doesn’t matter which room you get, unlike some places which just have a few dog-allowed rooms. Plus you can take your pup to breakfast with you (outdoor seating). The staff are also super nice.

The room was ok, but the hidden charges were steep. The advertisement was false and misleading. Would not recommend. Advert states a sofa bed clearly as part of the price. We were told when we arrived that it was not the case and then were left with no choice but to pay or leave. Being up for my wedding we had no choice. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

We stayed here as part of a trip to visit family. Given the property is located off the main road, it was actually quiet at night. It is located near shops so there is plenty of food options. Otherwise if you want to make your own food there is a decently well equipped kitchen with fridge. Iron and ironing board are available upon request. The rooms them self felt a bit dated. I could see some recent repairs had been conducted which is good to see. Price was reasonable given our group size. Service was really good. The staff seemed cheerful and always willing to help. Usually I have to ask for general room information but I was made aware of this at check in without needing to prompt staff. That was really refreshing to see. Parking is available if you are travelling with a car. It is gated parking so it is secure at night. Given the roomrate we paid, I was quite happy with this. It was good for an overnight stop.

My family of 6 stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The room was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Very nice and modern. Very clean.Central to all the fast food restaurants you could ask for. Buffet breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay with Pet, friendly and helpful receptionist. Room is clean and next to all food places. Will come back when visiting Sydney. Strongly recommend for Pet friendly accommodation.

Great location, junk food takeaway surrounds, so plenty of choices to eat.Parking onsite is good as well, east to get in and out of, don't hear much of the traffic in the room, aircon is ice cold if you want it, tv works perfectly and the staff are humble and kind to get you checked in and sorted.

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 3 nights.Poorly kept, shower in ensuite bathroom leaked all over floor , exhaust fan did not work.Bedroom light switch broken and could not use light.Vanity in other bathroom, draws all swollen from water damage.One bed had a big dip in mattress and very uncomfortable to sleep on.Roller blinds in main room were all stained and dirty.No room service.
