Pine Rivers Heritage Museum
Have been past many many times. Very helpful staff, lots of information. Only a couple of rooms were open to view as they are having renovations right now. Will go back when they are finished. Free entry and plenty of parking. It is located in the Old Petrie Town Village.

Very well organised museum. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.Love their displays setting, it's not dispersive or randomly arranged. It give you a feeling of fullimmersion in the period!

Interesting place for a history visit when we visited Old Petrie Town. I liked the display on the vintage clothes showing how they used to dress in the 50’s and 60’s. A little area exists for kids to do some quiet colouring in as well.
